This page and the free estate planning checklist are run by Revollo Castlebary & Associates Law Firm, LLC. This notice covers the sign-up form on this site only.

What we collect

• Your email address (required)
• Your first name, if you choose to give it
• Whether you ticked the optional box to receive estate-planning news and firm updates, and when
• Basic campaign details from the link you used (such as utm tags), and the address of the page that referred you, if available, with any query details removed

To limit spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled version of your network address for a short time. We do not ask for a phone number or password.

• To understand which posts or links brought people to this page

Getting the checklist never requires agreeing to marketing. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in a private database used by this site’s hosting provider. Any connected contact-management service must be configured for this firm before use.
